Cook the sushi rice to fulfill the 1 cup cooked amount needed.

Hard-boil and cool the egg.

Slice the onion very thinly. Chop up the lettuc or tear it apart with your hands.

Drain the tuna well and mix with the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Cut the egg into wedges.

Put the rice in the bottom of a bento box or bowl. Top with the lettuce and onion. Put the tuna in the middle and arrange the egg wedges and cherry tomatoes around it. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
